Our client, a leading regional law firm, are looking for a paralegal with a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a corporate department who can demonstrate the ability to project manage various demands in an ever-changing environment. The role includes a range of duties which can include;
Reviewing and drafting a range of corporate contracts and documents.
Providing support for M&A transactions and other corporate advisory work.
Conducting buyer and seller due diligence.
Drafting board minutes.
Managing data rooms.
Preparing and managing corporate filings including Companies house filings.
Drafting transaction and ancillary documentation.
Preparing completion statements/statements of account.
Conducting corporate legal research.
Supporting fee-earners with business development activities, including drafting blog and articles.
