Our client a, one office, medium sized firm are looking to hire an experienced Solicitor/Associate to join their Company and Commercial team, with career development opportunities in the near future. Come and be part of our wider, business services team, assisting clients with Company formation, constitution, and restructuring as well as Commercial Contracts (Supply of goods/services agreements, IT contracts, Agency and distribution agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements and Franchise agreements) is a necessity. In addition to this, experience in dealing with corporate governance and compliance, corporate transactions (share purchases, asset purchases, company buyback of shares, and company merging and de-merging) is also required.
