Commercial Property Lawyer
Our client, a very well respected law firm, are growing their commercial property team and would be interested in hearing from candidates of all levels and experience.
Operating out of new, purpose-fitted offices in a lovely part of Surrey their commercial property work is high quality and includes:
Landlord and Tenant work acting for local landlords, tenants, SIPP providers and portfolio owners
Commercial freehold acquisition and disposal
Land Development, from single unit to 100+ unit strategic sites, including options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements with multiple stakeholders and infrastructure agreements
Financing work acting for borrowers and lenders
We are exclusively office-based and role with Marshalls would suit any individual who thrives working shoulder to shoulder as part of a close-knit team.
