Solicitor – Commercial Property for Friendly and Busy Team

The role will primarily involve handling a mix of commercial and buy to let purchases and re-mortgages for a variety of customers (companies and individuals) introduced by our lenders.

The following skills and experience are essential:

• 2 – 5 years proven commercial property experience
• Staff supervision (desirable)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent team working
• Good IT skills
• The ability to manage and prioritise a significant work load
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ensure the highest level of client care
