Residential Conveyancing Vacancy

An opportunity has arisen to join this firms residential conveyancing team.  The successful applicant will be either a Solicitor PQE 3+ years, Associate CILEx or a Licenced Conveyancer.   They will handle their own busy case load covering general property transactions.   It is paramount that the successful candidate is able to cultivate and maintain client relationships through high levels of client care.
You should be able to work with the minimum of supervision, whilst enjoying working within a team culture which is highly focused yet friendly and supportive. The candidate will have extensive experience of managing their own caseload.
The successful applicant will be responsible for matters including;

• Sales
• Purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of Equity
