Our client has an immediate need for a real estate litigation NQ to join our six-solicitor strong team. Anyone joining can expect to gain exposure to high calibre, varied work as part of a friendly and collaborative team. You will be advising clients on a wide range of real estate litigation matters, including landlord and tenant (e.g. ground rent and service charge issues, forfeiture, 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes.

The successful candidate can expect to benefit from first rate training and direct support from the supervising partner, as well as an autonomous client facing role.

Candidates will have gained relevant experience from a well-regarded London or leading regional practice and have a strong academic record.

The role can be flexible and could include working from home.
