Conveyancer within busy property team

Conveyancer – Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer to join a busy property team in our clients office in Birmingham City Centre.

• The position will be to assist on a scheme acting for a lender, who lends to limited companies, who purchase or remortgage residential buy to let properties.
• You will also be dealing with sale, purchase and remortgage transactions in respect of both freehold and leasehold properties
• Experience with leasehold enfranchisement is desirable but not essential
• You must have at least 3 years conveyancing experience at a reputable firm evidenced by qualifications, a training record or the ability to handle techncial questions at interview.  Training and support will be provided to the successful candidate, who will work alongside experienced commercial property lawyers.
