Our client is currently looking to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor to become part of their Company & Commercial team based at their London office. Ideally candidates will have 4-6 years previous experience of working in this area of law.

Candidates should have experience in:

Commercial

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and terms and conditions is essential;
• Advising clients on bids and tenders;
• Providing advice on copyright and intellectual property;
• Advising on Joint Ventures, PFI, PPP and other Major Projects;
• Advising on reputation management, including defamation

Company

• Business reorganisation and restructuring;
• Company sales and purchases, commercial property advice;
• Corporate recovery;
• Incorporation of companies and limited liability partnerships;
• Joint Ventures and strategic alliances;
• Management buy-outs and buy-ins;
• Mergers and Acquisitions;
• Private equity, corporate and project finance;
• Shareholders/partnership agreements; and
• Succession planning.
