Commercial/IT/IP Lawyer required by Large Established Law Firm

Commercial/IT/IP Lawyer 

This role would suit a commercial/IT/IP lawyer with excellent academics, strong interpersonal skills, high level private practice and in house experience and a broad range of the following experience:

• Technology, including software licensing, systems integration, website/app development, SaaS and other cloud related work, e-commerce;
• Data, including exploitation of data, data protection and privacy and understanding implications of GDPR;
• Commercial agreements, including outsourcing, franchising, supplier agreements, software and technology agreements;
• Intellectual property advisory and commercial agreements such as sponsorship, publishing, media, advertising; and
• Regulatory advice including consumer and advertising.

IT skills required:

• Competency in MS Office suite.

Educational and professional qualifications required:

• Qualified UK lawyer with a current UK practising certificate.
