Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive

Our client is looking to recruit a solicitor/legal executive to join the commercial property team in their West Sussex based office.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three to five years PQE, have a high level of technical expertise and the necessary experience to deal with:

• Freehold acquisitions and disposals;
• Development site acquisitions and disposals, including option agreements and promotion agreements;
• Landlord and tenant work;
• Secured lending
• Corporate support.
