Associate/Senior Associate Development Lawyer

You will be joining a team with long-standing experience and expertise and as such there is the opportunity to both learn from the best whilst also having the opportunity to play a key part in the firm’s wider 2022 strategy. Using your experience within the areas of housing, residential, strategic land and land regeneration, you work to develop reach into other areas of Real Estate. The focus of your role will be to work as part of the development team to target three specialist sub-sectors; build to rent, student accommodation and retirement living, in order to expand the team’s practice areas beyond its already strong base.

Your ability to communicate is key and you must be a committed team player. Given the nature of the role, you must have a demonstrable track record in business development and client relationship management, although a following is not required. As you are working on implementing the firm’s IM2022 strategy, you will be innovative, ambitious and self-motivated in order to drive continuous improvement.
