Major regional law firm in the heart of Surrey require an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their Team:
Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and searches.
Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Handle complex property matters and resolve any issues that arise during the conveyancing process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting residential property transactions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
