The Opportunity:
Our Commercial team, currently six fee earners strong, advises household brand names and owner-managed businesses on the full spectrum of commercial law matters—from contract drafting and outsourcing agreements to cross-border projects in highly regulated sectors.
We work alongside leading law firms and prestigious in-house legal teams, with a particular focus on software, manufacturing, technology, and financial services. Innovation is at our core—we leverage technology, including AI, to provide clients with efficient, cost-effective solutions.
We are looking for a seasoned commercial law expert with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members. The ideal candidate will have:
• A strong track record in business development and client generation, with an established following and unique ideas to help expand our commercial offering—this is a leadership role.
• Expertise in commercial law, gained at a Legal 500/Chambers-ranked firm or equivalent in-house legal team.
• 8+ years of relevant PQE (or the ability to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience).
