Our Client are a modern leading regional law firm and they are looking for a Family Solicitor 5 years + PQE with the ability to advise and support clients on a wide array of family matters including Divorce, Financial Remedy and Private Law Children Act cases. They will be:
Responsible for a caseload of private family matters including:
Divorce and Dissolution of civil partnerships
Financial remedy
Financial provision for children and separation agreements
Cohabitation agreements
Child arrangements
Additional information:
Ability to manage client expectations and relationships
Conscientious, hardworking, with developed critical thinking abilities and excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills
Ability to work to strict deadlines, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality
A competent practitioner and advocate
Proficient file management
A proven team player with the ability to work as part of a team and supporting more junior staff members
Proven commitment to winning new client business through referral and business development activities
