This modern, outstanding law firm are seeking an ambitious solicitor or legal executive specialising in Employment law.
Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ PQE gained working in employment law, however, we welcome applications from more experienced candidates looking to join a firm which is people centric. As an established local leading firm, this is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will cover varied areas including HR matters, drafting high quality and bespoke HR documents, advising on day-to-day employment issues, settlement agreements and tribunal claims.
We require an individual with strong communication skills, who works well as part of a team but with the appropriate support, is also able to work independently with initiative. You should also be IT literate and be keen to develop personally.
We are open to considering candidates wishing to work part-time or full-time from our offices in either Surrey or Berkshire.
