We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Family Solicitor to join our dynamic team.
    Job Description: Reporting to the Family HOD/Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing your own caseload as well as assisting the HOD where appropriate. Private family work including, but not limited to: divorces, child custody, support and visitation rights, ancillary relief, maintenance, property and financial settlements, domestic violence, prenups etc.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of family law matters, including those mentioned above.
    • Draft legal documents, such as agreements and court applications, with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Conduct negotiations and disputes to achieve amicable resolutions for clients.
    • Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and case law.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.

    Qualifications:
    • Qualified Solicitor/CILEX with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.
    • Minimum of 4 years PQE of experience in family law
    • Strong knowledge of family law, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
    • Excellent negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure.
    • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    This role is full-time and is office based at least 3 times per week
    Start date: as soon as possible.
    Salary: £45k + dependent on experience.
