The role:

Our clients continued growth means that they can now accommodate additional lawyers looking to develop their skills in the real estate sector. Working closely with the team’s partners and associates, you will assist them on a range of commercial property matters. Among a broad diet of work you will be involved in strategic development projects for national and local developers for residential and commercial use schemes, secured lending work on behalf of a range of lender clients, and landlord and tenant issues for investment property companies.

Learning from highly respected senior practitioners, you will be able to develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and complex work. As an expanding team, there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set.

We will support and encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors.

It is an integral part of this role that you comply with data security and all firm policies and procedures.

About you:

You will be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with a solid grounding in commercial property work. Ideally we expect you to have built some quality Commercial Property experience, however, we are more interested in your potential rather than your length of experience. If you have a real talent for Commercial Property work and a history of delivering exceptional client service then we would really like to hear from you.

You will be able to demonstrate a keen intellect with a strong record of academic success. Equally important, you will be commercially astute and pragmatic with the ability to focus on your clients’ needs to provide practical and robust advice.
