The Team

Our clients’ Corporate and Commercial team work across all sectors on a variety of commercial agreements and corporate transactions.   They advise UK and international clients on all aspects from structural changes or strategic alliances through to day-to-day business management, IP and data protection.  Many of the teams have come from large city firms and while the quality of work is comparable the culture and ethos within the team is friendly and collegiate.

The Opportunity 

Working in the corporate group this role will involve assisting and advising in relation to all aspects of company law, commercial lending and security, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, company reconstructions, private company mergers and acquisitions and MBOs and MBIs, Aim flotation’s, takeovers and other public company work.

While we are currently looking for candidates to work in our London office, we would consider candidates who wish to work in Cambridge.
