• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing files covering all types of conveyancing transactions
• Must be able to demonstrate either relevant qualifications, a training record or a career path that confirms technical skills are adequate
• Must have a proven track record of effective business development.
