Our client is looking to expand their Corporate & Commercial Department and are looking for a full-time solicitor to join our hard working and vibrant team that has achieved double percentage growth over the last 7 years.

The successful candidate can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including business sales and purchases, business re-structures, business ownership documentation and banking & finance transactions as well as commercial contracts (often high value and / or cross border), intellectual property and business insolvency matters.

The role would suit a candidate with rounded academic qualifications and solid corporate and commercial law experience gained at a Legal 500 / Chambers ranked firm or as part of an equivalent in house legal team. It’s likely that the candidate will have 3 years+ relevant PQE, but we would be happy to consider applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the skills needed to perform the role.
